Turkish authorities have blocked the social network Instagram without explanation. The duration of the ban has not been announced

Instagram has been blocked in Turkey

It became known that in Turkey, this morning, Instagram was blocked without explanation.

The reason for or duration of the ban on the social network was not named by the Turkish authorities.

This was reported by Reuters with reference to the country’s Information Technology and Communications Department.

Turkish media speculate that the ban may be related to Instagram’s announcement of the blocked news.

The blocked news related to the recent assassination of Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh.

Meanwhile, it was reported that Haniyeh was killed by a bomb hidden in a house in Tehran two months before his arrival.

It was detonated after it was confirmed that he was in place, The New York Times reported.

Earlier, it was reported that Haniyeh was killed by a missile.
