It has become known that Pakistan has claimed 26 dead as a result of Indian shelling
The country’s Defense Ministry claims that six sites came under attack.
But none of them was a combat camp. As a result, 26 people were killed and 46 others were injured.
Because of the attack, Pakistan’s foreign ministry summoned India’s chargé d’affaires:
“It has been conveyed that India’s blatant act of aggression constitutes a clear violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty.”
Meanwhile, Indian police say 10 people have been killed and 48 injured in Pakistan’s shelling of Indian Kashmir.
“India remains firmly committed to eradicating terrorism,” Indian Home Minister Amit Shah said.
He also added that he was proud of the country’s armed forces.
Indian Army spokeswoman Sophia Qureshi said nine terrorist camps have been destroyed thanks to Operation Sindur.
