The strikes were reported around 3:20 a.m., with Russian correspondents howling that the bridge was attacked by maritime drones loaded with explosives.

There are dead and injured, and there is a many-kilometer traffic jam on the bridge itself, and one of the spans collapsed. Local “authorities” have formed an operational headquarters in connection with the emergency.
