It became known that today’s explosions in the center of Russian Belgorod were a mistake by Russian air defense robots.
As the Ukrayinska Pravda publication reports, citing a source in the special services, on December 30, the Defense Forces worked on military facilities in the Belgorod region.
However, due to the unprofessional actions of Russian air defense, debris fell in the city center.
“The defeat of civilian infrastructure that we observe in Belgorod is a consequence of unprofessional actions of the Russian air defense, as well as deliberate and planned provocations,” the publication’s interlocutor noted.
The Russian Federation partially confirms the information, stating that it shot down Vilkha missiles.
The aggressor country of the Russian Federation quickly jumped in and requested a UN meeting in connection with the attack on Belgorod, and also opened a criminal case against the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
At this moment in Belgorod, according to the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, 14 dead and 108 injured are known.
