Chinese TV channel CCTV published an animated video with, presumably, a graphite bomb.

Such a bomb is able to completely cut off electricity in a target area of at least 10 thousand square meters.

The video shows the launch of a missile with 90 cylindrical submunitions. They fly in the air and detonate.

According to the channel, the weapons are intended to disrupt enemy command and control systems.

It causes widespread power outages over an area of at least 10,000 square meters.
