China could build a nuclear submarine by 2030

It has become known that China plans to build a new generation nuclear submarine by 2030.

This was reported by Reuters, citing its own sources.

The newly built submarine will be silent thanks to Russian technologies.

This would make the submarine “very, very difficult” to detect and would also be armed with ballistic missiles.

Retired submariner and naval intelligence analyst Christopher Carlson says launching the submarine “would be a nightmare.”

It is also reported that growing evidence suggests that production of the boat is already beginning.
