Three people were injured when a car drove into a crowd at the Kipona festival in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
It is known that among the injured are a six-year-old boy and a disabled person. This was reported by ABC News.
“Three people were hospitalized, including a six-year-old boy who is now in critical condition,” the publication said.
The other two adults, a man and a woman who was in a wheelchair at the time of the incident, are in stable condition.
The incident occurred after the festival had ended. The car drove into a fenced-off area where a crowd was gathered.
It is not yet clear whether the collision was accidental or deliberate. The driver has been detained. The police are investigating the incident.
The Kipona Festival, held annually in honor of Labor Day in the United States, is dedicated to the heritage of Native Americans.
