An attack on a Russian airbase

Combat drones attacked an airbase in Russia’s Nizhny Novgorod region.

MiG-31K and Su-34 airplanes are based at this airbase, which bombard Ukrainian territory with Kinzhal missiles.

In published images, a NASA satellite captured a fire on the runway of a Russian airbase overnight.

At least 10 strong explosions are known. Local residents have spotted combat drones over Russian military facilities.

The airbase hosts a branch of the 4th State Center for Aviation Personnel Training and Military Testing of the Russian Federation.

At this point, at least two MiG-31 and Su-34 aircraft are reported damaged or destroyed.

Russian authorities are reporting a large-scale attack on their territory. The attack involved 117 drones and 4 missiles.

Such large-scale Ukrainian drone attacks already exceed the scale of Russian attacks.
