A swarm of drones saved Ukrainian soldiers from captivity
Near the city of Pokrovsk, a Russian sabotage group attempted to surround and capture four Ukrainian soldiers.
This happened during an assault by a group of Russians on an observation post, but a swarm of drones saved the Ukrainian soldiers from captivity.
The video was posted on the Ukrainian Airborne Brigade’s channel.
It is known that a group of Russian occupiers, which was attempting to surround Ukrainian defenders, was detected by aerial reconnaissance.
Strike drones from the airborne brigade and other related units immediately flew to the aid of Ukrainian fighters.
The Russians tried to hide in the bushes and trenches, but within a few minutes, more than 10 Ukrainian strike drones attacked the group.
“The approach of the swarm of drones disoriented the enemy and distracted their attention. The Ukrainian military took advantage of this and managed to break out of the enemy encirclement,” the brigade said.
Earlier, it was also reported that Ukrainian combat drone operators used thermal imaging to detect and strike a truck full of Russian paratroopers at night.
