Elon Musk has announced that Tesla Optimus humanoid robots will go into production.
Low-volume production for internal use will begin in 2025, with mass production for other companies scheduled for 2026.
The cost of these robots will be around $20,000-30,000 and could be even lower over time.
These robots could become an integral part of the household.
They will be capable of cooking, cleaning, mowing the lawn, buying groceries, serving drinks, walking pets and even babysitting.
Tesla is already actively testing and improving Optimus in its factories.
The latest versions of the robot have become 30% faster and more stable, which brings closer the moment when such assistants will be able to perform daily tasks instead of humans.
