A new massive offensive by the Russian army has been repelled

The Ukrainian military repelled another massive attempt by Russian forces to break through in the Dobropillia direction.

This was reported on the Facebook page of the Ukrainian Airborne Forces Command.

The Russians, with the forces of three brigades and a marine regiment, carried out offensive operations with the aim of capturing the settlements of Vladimirovka and Sofievka.

A total of six Russian tanks, about 40 armored personnel carriers, more than 40 motorized vehicles, and several hundred personnel were involved in the offensive operations.

Russian troops attempted to break through the defenses of the Defense Forces by launching wave after wave of equipment and infantry attacks.

Ukrainian units prepared their defensive lines in advance, set up mine and explosive barriers, and coordinated the actions of artillery and drone operators.

As a result of clear planning, reconnaissance, and effective combat management, the following were destroyed: 3 Russian tanks, 13 armored personnel carriers, 41 motor vehicles, and about a hundred personnel.

Earlier it was reported that Russian troops launched an attack in large numbers, not maintaining distance, trying to intimidate with their numbers. But Ukrainian drone operators responded professionally to such an ideal target.
