It is reported that a road running along the dam, fences and some structures belonging to the Kyiv hydroelectric power plant were damaged.
In the morning, Russia launched a massive strike on Ukraine with missiles and drones.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy called this attack one of the largest in the entire war. He stated that the strikes hit energy facilities.
